Information held in registers required by law and other lists and registers relating to the functions of NHS North East Essex. Under this class, NHS North East Essex will provide the following information 6.1 Any information we are currently legally required to hold in publicly available registers 6.2 List of main contractors/suppliers 6.3 Assets registers and information asset register - Organisations are not expected to publish all details from all asset registers. Provide some information from capital asset registers. It the authority has prepared an information asset register for the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005, it should publish the contents. 6.4 Any register of interests kept in the authority. 6.5 Register of Gifts and Hospitality provided to Board members and senior personnel 6.6 Disclosure Log - Where a disclosure log is produced, it should be readily available. 6.1 Any information we are currently legally required to hold in publicly available registersPlease note that detailed information regarding the GPs, pharmacies, dentists and opticians serving the NHS North East Essex locality is available through the Choices website. NHS North East Essex is being asked to publish the Complaints Policy and Procedure NEE154v4 (Adobe Acrobat - 216 Kb) under the Competition Disputes Resolution Panel requirements. This is covered under class 5 of this publication scheme (5.6) As data controllers who process personal information, the Data Protection Act requires us to be registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
