Anger

What is it?

This is a normal emotion that everybody in the world has at some time or another!
It is important to know that it is OK to be angry – it’s how it comes out that might be the problem.

Knowing how to be angry without making things worse is something that you have to try at and find ways to deal with so that you don’t feel angrier! This is when you can end up hurting someone either through words or by being aggressive to them. It takes a lot of practice to get things right or better for you – so don’t give up trying.

Why get angry?

• Sometimes hormonal changes that cause you to go off on one, you don’t know why you’re angry – you JUST ARE!!!!!!!!
• You might feel left out by friends or are being bullied
• When you’re under stress either through difficulties at home or have too much pressure put on you it may feel like you’re going to explode
• It may be that your family are “shouters” or deal with things by showing how angry they are so that’s the only way you know how to deal with things

If you feel like this for far too much time then you may need to talk to someone you can trust to help you get things sorted. If you get angry occasionally the below are some of the things you can do to help yourself but most importantly try to calm down - CALM DOWN !!!!!!!!!!
